懒人版的三汁小焖锅料理制作

鸡翅 600g    青椒 3个    红椒 3个

土豆 一个    洋葱 适量    红萝卜 适量

1 | 先腌制鸡翅,鸡翅用刀划几个口子。加盐、料酒、生抽、姜腌制半天。
