排骨杂菜焖锅需要哪些调味料才能制作完成?

原料:排骨,地瓜,土豆,四季豆,海带结,粉条,盐,料酒,冰糖,生抽,老抽,八角、桂皮、葱、姜。

排骨杂菜焖锅的做法1.排骨斩段,入开水锅中(可向开水锅中倒少许料酒)氽烫变色捞出,洗净浮沫,沥干备用。
