酱汁焖鮰鱼的做法
The practice of stewed salmon in sauce
1将甜面酱、 番茄酱、海鲜酱、蚝油、 酱油和少许糖调和成浓郁的酱汁;
1. Mix sweet paste, tomato paste, seafood paste, oyster sauce, soy sauce and a little sugar into a rich sauce.
2鮰鱼切成片, 参加姜片和大葱, 参加一半酱汁;
Slice the salmon into slices, ginger slices and scallions, and add half of the sauce.
3带上一次性手套, 抓匀后盖上保鲜膜腌制二个小时;

4准备其他的原资料:四季豆、薯条和藕条;
