三汁焖锅鱼的制作应该注意什么?

原料:鳊鱼一条,土豆,胡萝卜,菜花,芹菜适量,青椒红椒各一些。

做法:
Practice:
1:鱼清理干净,芹菜去叶,土豆胡萝卜去皮,所有蔬菜清洗干净。

2:取一只碗,加入蚝油6匙,甜面酱4匙,蕃茄酱3匙调匀后加入糖,盐,生抽,少许水调匀成焖锅的汁备用。

3:鱼切成大厚片,加入少许盐和料酒,胡椒粉腌渍15分钟。

5:锅中放油,六成热时,分别下土豆块,胡萝卜块炸到表面干硬捞出备用。

小贴士:

1:焖锅中的菜蔬可以选择自己喜欢的,但最好用耐煮一些的菜。
