1红彩椒、青尖椒、洋葱切小三角片,土豆、胡萝卜、莴苣去皮洗净切小菱形块
1. Cut red pepper, green pepper and onion into small triangles. Peel potatoes, carrots and lettuce, wash and cut into small diamonds.
2.明虾冻结去虾枪虾线,背开加姜丝、白胡椒粉、料酒、老抽腌制20分钟

3.鸡翅冻结洗净控水反正面划三刀,加盐、料酒、白胡椒粉腌制20分钟入油锅煎制两面微黄盛出备用

8.翻开锅盖将肉类原料平均划一码放在配菜上

9.将酱拌好的酱料平均涂抹在锅中,依次参加黑胡椒碎、白胡椒粉、鸡精、一点啤酒盖盖小火焖制20分钟(中途开盖用勺子抄底防止糊锅,用勺子将汤汁浇淋原料是滋味平均入味),等到汤汁浓稠,肉质软烂入味即可关火
9. 10将青红椒片撒入锅中加盖

Tips
1鸡翅和鱼肉油煎主要是增加香气,还有就是炖制时容易入味,便于成熟

2此菜火候为小火,运用塔吉锅便于快速成熟,水分不流失
